REFUNDS AND EXTENSIONS

 

Please read these policies carefully before purchasing a multi class pack or membership. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST. We strive to ensure our price list is current but reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have purchased a class, a membership or goods we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed when ordered.We try to ensure all classes run to schedule however we cannot guarantee that all classes will proceed. Occasionally the class teacher may differ to that shown on the schedule. Timetable is subject to change.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Cash, EFTPOS, and Credit Card facilities are available in the studio. 2.95% credit card processing fee applies. Our payment processor Ezidebit charge a dishonour fee in the event payment is not collected from you on the due date. Ezidebit debit the dishonour fee directly from your bank account. Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited does not refund the dishonour fee.

 

MEMBERSHIP

 

The 12 month membership provides access to all regular timetable Yoga classes. The pass is activated from date of purchase. It does NOT include access to workshops, teacher training or events. The membership is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be shared. You may request an extension for special circumstances or medical reasons. It is at the sole discretion of Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited to agree to an extension. You have the option to cancel your membership at the end of the term (12 months). Your membership payment automatically renews and rolls over at the same price. If you want to cancel the membership at the end of term (12 months) please give at least 1 month notice before the next payment is due. We are unable to refund a payment after it has been processed. Early termination fee $120 applies. If you are on a rolling membership with an automatic payment, you may choose to pause your membership once in any 12 month period at no additional charge. The pause period must be for no more than 3 months. You must give at least one month’s notice of your intention to pause your membership by emailing info@omyogastudio.co.nz

 

UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

 

The 1 month, 3 month and 6 month unlimited class passes provide access to all regular timetable Yoga classes. The pass starts from your first visit. It does NOT include workshops, teacher training or events. The unlimited month class pass is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be shared. You may request an extension for special circumstances or medical reasons. It is at the sole discretion of Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited to agree to an extension.

 

MULTI CLASS PACK

 

The pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. You may request an extension for special circumstances or medical reasons. It is at the sole discretion of Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited to agree to an extension. We offer special discounts for the following: Community Service Card Holders: A Community Services Card and ID must be shown at time of purchase. Students: Student discounts apply to FULL-TIME students only. A student ID must be shown at time of purchase. Yoga Teachers: To qualify for this discount, please show your teaching profile or YA membership. Excludes 1 year monthly membership.

 

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

 

All workshops and events are non-refundable. No refund is given if you cancel within 1 month of the start date and an administration fee of 25% of the total workshop, teacher training or event is charged if you cancel within 1 month prior to the start date. If you cannot attend the workshop, teacher training or event you are welcome to on sell or give the ticket to another person to attend in your place. Please notify Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited of the change so we can transfer the ticket name to the person using your ticket.

Protecting your personal information is important to us so is following New Zealand’s privacy laws. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or do not want us to collect your Personal Information then you should not use our Website. If you change your mind and do not agree with our Privacy Policy anymore then you should stop using our Website. Your name, contact details, IP address, Feedback you give us and your responses to our customer surveys. Any other information you give us. Om Yoga Studio (2020) Limited uses the Mind Body Online software to manage bookings, payments and store purchases. All information is securely stored in Mind Body Online and is only available to authorized Om Yoga Studio staff. Please do not give us Personal Information about someone else unless you have their permission and they know about this Privacy Policy.
