Su found her passion for Yoga while travelling in America 10 years ago. A lot of her teaching stems from her Forrest Yoga Training, a healing style of Yoga that challenges students to face their ‘stuff’ and take ownership of their healing and growth both on and off the mat. Her classes call on students to connect to the Self and shift from thinking to feeling – providing the space for students to become curious in that exploration and develop a deep sense of awareness to their body, mind and spirit. They also provide a supportive framework from which to challenge the body both physically and mentally. She is also trained in Vinyasa and interweaves these styles to create a holistic and balanced class.
