Kiri Spiotta

Kiri is a passionate animal lover, reiki practitioner, massage therapist, and of course, yogi.

With a firm foundation in studying anatomy and psychology at the University of Auckland and various yoga teacher trainings paired with a life-long yoga practice, she has an in depth understanding of both Eastern and Western perspectives on the body and mind.

Her intuitively structured sequences have a dance-like quality that are simultaneously strong and widely accessible. She finds sharing yoga one of the most fulfilling aspects of life and is inspired by providing people with the tools to help connect with and heal themselves.
