In this special Yin practice on Shakti Mat, we target the Stomach and Spleen- the pathways of the body that bring more ease and nurturing qualities into our lives.
It’s great for improving digestive problems and helping with worries and anxiety.
Through mindfulness, We’ll learn to hold the meditative and loving space for ourselves as feelings arise, cultivating kindness, compassion, and generosity. Finish with a relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga Nidra.
No previous experience of Shakti Mat or Yoga is necessary.
