Beginners Course – January 2019

Join us for our First Beginners Course for 2019
Prepare for a life changing 4 sessions, as you progress through this course easing your way to new health – body, mind, spirit.

You will learn the benefits of yoga, breathing and meditation techniques, standing , seated poses and more!

Date and times: 4 Sessions

2 x 2 hour sessions
Saturday 12th January 12pm – 2pm
Sunday 13th January 12pm – 2pm

2 x 1 hour sessions
Monday 14th January 8pm – 9pm
Monday 21st January 8pm – 9pm

Cost: $99 including mat hire!
(Course payment is limited to beginners course only, not regular classes)
