Kylie has had a keen interest (obsession) with movement and the body since she was young. Dancing from the age of 5 she went on to complete a Teaching Diploma in Dance and Bachelor of Nursing by age 19. It was during her 2nd Degree in Performing Arts that she was introduced to yoga. She fell in love with the practice and its ability to carve a path of recovery, acceptance, strength and self love.
This is what inspired her to want to teach. To pass on the wisdom and healing she had gained from the practice and help others rediscover themselves and unlock their own potential.
She has a passion for anatomy and physiology which led her to further her studies with Yoga Medicine (Tiffany Cruikshank), Tom Myers and Noah Maze. She is also a certified Budokon Teacher, a fusion of Martial Arts and yoga. She has also completed Chakra Vinyasa training with Shiva Rea and also trained with Bryce Yoga and Amy Ippolitti. She is forever studying believing that in order to be a good teacher you must always be a good student, furthering your knowledge and then sharing that.
Expect a fun and sometimes challenging class from Kylie where you will discover muscles you never knew you had, break down the Maya (illusion) that keeps us stuck, move beyond your place of comfort and into the zone of transformation in a safe and supported way.
