Karla discovered Yoga after a decade of physical satisfaction with Pilates but an unfulfilled desire to connect with the self. She has since studied different yogic systems and found her calling in Vinyasa and Yin.
Through her explorations of various schools of Yoga, meditation revealed itself as the underlying constant and has become the centre piece of her practice. Karla’s method of teaching takes a modern approach to the tradition of Yoga and emphasises her appreciation of movement, stillness and breath.
Karla has completed a 500-hour training and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
