It is never too late (and certainly never too early) to work on the foundation of your yoga practice. If you have ever struggled with a Chaturanga, felt lost or rushed in a sun salutation or had to ask yourself the question ‘how do I get from here to there’ then this is the workshop for you!
It will guide your through safe and practical transitions and break down some of the trickier movements and posed such as chaturanga. You will leave with some tools that will enable you to gain confidence, accelerate your learning, get more out of classes and find your yoga-mojo.
This workshop will include:
*Smaller group setting so you get more individual attention
*Key principles which you can apply to any yoga pose in class
*Posture clinic – break down postures and receive hands on adjustments
*Q&A session – ask questions about specific issues you’re dealing with
*Great opportunity to meet other the other amazing yogis in the Om community
This series is perfect for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the most common yoga poses. You will leave feeling more confident in your practice and ability to find your way to new levels within your practice.
